For five generations the Bergonzi family have taken
personal care of the cold meats that they offer their own guests at the
Trattoria Al Vèdel. This personal care of the entire food chain
makes for the production of cold meats of the highest quality fully respecting
the prevailing hygiene regulations.
The Podere Cadassa produces Fiocco di Culatello, Salame Gentile, Salame
Sfilsetta, Coppa and the all but unobtainable Spalla Cruda.
